My mission in my practice is to demonstrate to clients that massage and healing bodywork is an important aspect to their well being. That by incorporating regular massage and healing into their lives and making themselves a priority, they will live their lives feeling healthy and well.

I am an honors graduate from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage formerly in Pompton Lakes, NJ, now located in Haskell. I began my massage career in the fall of 2004.  I have been a NJ state Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. I have had extensive training and continuing education in: Deep Tissue/Swedish Massage, Pre/Post-Natal Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy, Massage Therapy for the Aging and Geriatric client. I am a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist and also a Reiki II Practitioner.  All of these modalites are offered to my clients.

 I am married and the mother of three. I love traveling, entertaining, spending time with family and friends, and always make time for health and wellness activities. I have found that massage offers me the opportunity to share my nurturing spirit with others.

I found my calling in 2004 and have been lucky enough to help people on a daily basis doing work that I love.
